Tshwaranang Health & Educational Centre is a community-rooted Non-Profit Organisation dedicated to uplifting the lives of children, youth, elderly individuals, and vulnerable families across Senwabarwana and surrounding villages.
Empowering Communities for a Brighter Tomorrow
For over a decade, we have been strengthening communities through education, health awareness, skills training, and social welfare services. Our organisation was born from the belief that sustainable development begins at home — when communities “Hold Together”.
Today, we continue to build on that foundation by creating safe spaces where children can learn, youth can grow, families can receive support, and communities can unlock their potential. Every program we offer is designed to restore hope, build confidence, and equip individuals with the tools they need to create a better future for themselves and those around them.

Our work is guided by a community-led approach, ensuring that the solutions we provide are shaped by the people we serve. We take a holistic focus, addressing education, health, development, and spirituality, while keeping youth at the center of our efforts, recognising them as future leaders. With a sustainable development mindset, we aim to empower rather than simply assist.
Each year, hundreds of learners benefit from our programs, women and youth gain skills through targeted development initiatives, and vulnerable households receive food parcels and welfare support. Additionally, we strengthen churches, schools, and community groups through collaboration, and our active youth ministry continues to transform lives both spiritually and socially.
